OUT WITH FRO-YO and in with shaved ice. This is our new obsession—Ice Monster. Warm fresh fruit over a pile of shaved ice covered in, what we call a ‘magical sugar sauce’, is the way to go. Kiwi, strawberry, and mango are our favorites.
