What’s red, white, and purple all over?

Every once in a while back home you have those beach days where you accidently forget sunscreen. Oh well. You might consider finding a shady spot, or not staying out as long, and the burn usually turns you red.

We haven’t been to the beach in two weeks.  We went today, and forgot to put on sunscreen before we left.

FORGETTING SUNSCREEN WHEN YOU ARE IN A COUNTRY SO CLOSE TO THE EQUATOR ISN’T AN OPTION.  I’m still trying to decide if I can feel from my neck down because I’m afraid to feel my skin when ITS PURPLE.  We have burns that look like someone literally painted white bathing suits on us and the rest of our bodies are a freakish purple and red color that only exists if you’re Barney.

Looks like we’ll be bathing in aloe vera for the next couple days! Stay warm back home
